Who the fuck's Blinky?
Japanese Beast Wars TM2 character, better known as Powerhug. Amnesiac lil' bugger (pun intended) Wayward found at BC 02 and gave to her little sister, who christened it Blinky. (It's cute, shut the fuck up.) As an addendum, TC had turned this huggy bug into a coning little thief, hence the wallet stealing. (Go to the Padded Cell if you don't believe her, better yet, ask Wayward.)
Wayward put up this handy-dandy tech spec that explains Blinky's origin better than TC can. On that note, considering Blinky is Wayward's and her sister's creation. Give 'em a shout if you want to borrow him, mmkay? Spread the love! Without needing penicillin, that is.
